Gluten-free pizza dough was very high on our wish list when we started gluten-free baking, it was Bert’s favorite dish to eat personally and it immediately became a mission to make a great pizza dough.

After long trials, we developed a dough that bakes beautiful pizzas in a pizza and a normal oven. It is easy to roll out with a rolling pin, has a sourdough percentage of over 40% and a delicious taste. For many of our customers, it’s been years since they’ve made a homemade gluten-free pizza that wasn’t dry, falling apart or tasteless. Our sourdough dough has fermented for 48 hours and is ready to use.

By now, it really is a favourite for many. The pizza dough is currently only available for pickup on Wednesday and Saturday mornings in our bakery.

Description

Water, buckwheat*, millet*, Whole wheat rice*, potato starch*, tapioca, corn starch, psyllium fiber, iodized salt and olive oil* (*of organic origin).

Please note: This bread is produced in an area where nuts, sesame and egg are also processed.
