The light multigrain sourdough bread is the best-selling product in our range, for making it we really take our time.The dough is made from only gluten-free grains, water and salt we do not add anything else. After a long fermentation of 36 to 48 hours the bread is baked directly on the stone, this gives it its characteristic crust, color and taste. Eating slowly fermented grains is healthy and kind to your intestines.

Water, sorghum*, whole wheat rice flour*, buckwheat*, potato starch*, oats*, teff, millet*, psyllium fiber and iodized salt. (*of organic origin)

Please note: This bread is produced in an area where nuts, sesame and egg are also processed.
